Refund Policy

Simple Promise: If you're not satisfied with NODUS Pro within 14 days of purchase, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day refund window for all NODUS Pro subscriptions. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment and we'll process a full refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at mmcarvalho.dev@gmail.com
- Include your email address used for the subscription
- Briefly let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
3. After the 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day period:
- Monthly subscriptions: You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.
- Annual subscriptions: You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your annual period. Refunds after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
There's a difference between canceling and requesting a refund:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep access until your current period ends.
- Refund: Returns your payment. Access to Pro features ends immediately.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refund requests in cases of:
- Repeated refund requests from the same user (abuse of policy)
- Requests made significantly after the 14-day window without valid reason
- Violation of our Terms of Service
6. Free Tier
NODUS Free is completely free and requires no payment. If you're unsure about Pro, we encourage you to use the Free tier first to ensure NODUS meets your needs.
7. Technical Issues
If you're experiencing technical issues with NODUS Pro:
- Please contact us first at mmcarvalho.dev@gmail.com
- We'll do our best to resolve the issue
- If we can't fix the problem, we'll offer a full refund regardless of the 14-day window
8. Payment Processor
Payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
